What does End of Technical Support Mean?

As of October 31, 2021, there will be no more manufacturer support for Toshiba phone systems. If your phone system fails after this date, it may be expensive to repair, if it can be repaired.

What happens if I decide to keep my Toshiba phone system?

We will provide support for your Toshiba system for as long as we can. We still have Toshiba-certified technicians on staff to assist you. However, after October 31, 2021 we will no longer have manufacturer support to assist with large issues.

Also, replacement parts and systems are becoming unavailable. In situations where we are able to find refurbished parts, their prices will have increased.

Patches and updates for Toshiba phone systems are no longer guaranteed. Without updates, technology is left open to glitches, software issues, and bugs. Connecting any unsupported technology to your network is always a security risk. This is why we advise you to upgrade to a newer, more secure system.

Even if you're not looking to switch from Toshiba now, it's important to start looking at budgeting for a new phone system.
