COVID-19 has brought unprecedented changes to our nation, and locally in Omaha's business community. However, we are here to support our clients and their businesses.
CoreTech has two decades of experience serving clients' business needs, and as an essential business, we're offering our help to proactively adapt clients' IT resources in response to the complex challenges of this pandemic. Our levels of service and support will not change, and we will be available even as the circumstances surrounding this pandemic continue to change our clients' business environment.

We have a culture of flexibility and the technology that facilitates remote work and business continuity. Our remote support and monitoring services, including the CoreTech Support Desk, continues to function 24/7 without interruption.

Service Requests
The quickest way for clients to obtain service is by emailing support@coretech.us or placing a ticket in the CoreTech support portal. If an emergency is impacting a client's company or several departments, please call 402.398.9580 during normal business hours 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Outside of normal business hours, in an emergency, please call 402.398.9580 and select option 9 to leave a message and the on-call tech will reach out to you.
Onsite Services
We have communicated with our team about hygiene practices that will limit the spread of germs and increase sanitation. We have encouraged our team members to be in contact with clients to discuss any scheduled onsite visits to install and configure equipment. This collaboration can determine the most optimal situation for client companies. As we continue to approach contact with an abundance of caution, installation of equipment may be rescheduled. Our biggest priority during this challenging time is the health and well-being of our team, their families, and our clients and their families.
Watch Out for Phishing Scams
Please use sound judgement with any unsolicited email related to the coronavirus. Hackers will undoubtedly deploy phishing scams to seek to compromise your systems, data, and personal information. Be certain to communicate this to your staff and ask them to be vigilant in watching out for phishing emails.
