CoreScreen
CoreScreen is a service hosted through CoreTech that provides effective and reliable email security. One of the functions it serves is spam filtering, which minimizes unwanted emails and threats from reaching your inbox.
CoreScreen also allows your employees to individually manage their own messages using quarantine summaries. This allows desired messages that were diagnosed as spam to be sent to their inbox. However, administrative control of end-user settings is provided as well. The settings are user-friendly and are managed through a web-based interface.
If your organization has legal regulatory requirements in regard to email, CoreScreen will automatically enforce them. Emails can be encrypted for sensitive material to ensure that they are delivered with the proper security measures. Also available is mail archiving to store emails as required by certain regulatory agencies.
