Our Basic package includes 24x7x365 network & server monitoring, software patches and security updates--hourly rates apply for remote support and on-site support.
Our Essential package includes 24x7x365 network & server monitoring, software patches and security updates. CoreEssential also includes unlimited remote support--hourly rates apply for on-site support.
Our Critical package includes 24x7x365 network & server monitoring, software patches and security updates. CoreCritical also includes unlimited remote support and unlimited on-site support.
